Bulk action is used to select multiple entity types at once.
Click on the Filter icon as shown below and open the Filter by Entity Group as shown below.
Clicking on the Filter by entity Group, shows the below screen.
Click on the Tick mark as shown and all the entity groups will be selected. If any particular entity groups need to be selected, select from the drop down.
