• Compliances are where rules can be added for the enabled entity groups. 
  • Whenever an activated compliance is not followed, alerts will be sent to the assigned users.
  • The enabled entity groups in step 2 will be shown here and an option to Add compliance for each entity group is available.
  • By clicking on each Entity group, compliances available for that Entity Group are shown.
  • Click on the Compliances as shown below.

  • Click on the +Add Compliance as shown below.


  • Clicking on +Add Compliance, shows the below screen.


Select the required compliance type. The following compliances are available.

  1. Restriction
  2. Geo-Fencing
  3. Social Distancing
  4. Time Presence
  5. Absenteeism
  6. Number of Assets
  7. Allowance
  8. Trip Count
  9. Trip Checkpoint TAT
  10. Immobility

Restriction

When entities of an entity group or a particular entity need to be restricted in a particular area  for a specific time

Geo Fencing

When entities need to be geo-fenced in a specific area and if they move out of the geo-fenced area, an alert will be raised.

Social Distancing

When a certain number of entities are only allowed in a room, if more than the specified number of entities stay in that area, alerts will be generated.

Time Presence

This is to set if entity has to spend at least a  specified time or should not spend the specified time in the mentioned area

Absenteeism

When an entity or an entity group is absent for a specified time period, then alert will get generated

Number of Assets

The number of entities can be controlled using this

2 conditions for this type are

  1. Should have minimum number of entities 

  2. Should not have entities more than

Trip Count

It specifies the minimum number of trips to be taken by entity group or an entity. Trip count is calculated for the selected trip template. Refer Admin -> Configuration -> Trip Templates  for more details.

Allowance

Either a specific entity or entity group or a specific space can be allowed in entire premises or specific clusters

Trip Checkpoint TAT

 Time taken by the entity to reach from one point to another point for the selected trip template within the given time. Entity should reach the destination point in the given time period. If it exceeds, an alert will be generated.

Immobility

 Immobility add-on has to be enabled for this compliance. Entity should not be stationary(idle) for a given time period.


  • Select the Entity Group and select the attribute for which the rules need to be set.

Entity Attributes Specification


For example: Name equal to xxxx.

If required, we can add multiple filters using AND / OR conditions to set for multiple attributes.


Compliance Definition

Compliance definition is available for the below mentioned compliance types. Refer screen below.

  1. Social distancing

    1. Should Maintain Social Distancing

  2. Time Presence

  3. Should not spend more than

  4. Should Spend Atleast

  1. Absenteeism

    1. Should not be absent for more than

  2. Number of Assets

  1. Should have minimum number of assets

  2. Should not have assets more than

    1. Should Complete Trips atleast

       7.    Trip Checkpoint TAT

  1. Should reach within 

Trip template, Start Checkpoint, End Checkpoint, time duration need to be selected.

       8.  Immobility 

  1. Should not be stationary for more than



Space

  • This helps to set if compliance is set for the entire premise or for a particular area in the premise.
  • Either Entire Premise or Specific Place needs to be selected. 
  • If Entire premise is selected, then the compliance will be set up for the entire premise.

 

Time

  • This is to set the time for compliance.
  • Either All the Time / Specific Time can be selected.
  • If Specific time is selected, then From and To should be updated.


Alerts

  • This helps to set the severity of the compliance. 
  • It allows us to assign the users who should receive notification when the compliance is not followed.


 

  • If additional attributes need to be shown in the alerts, then they can be selected.
  • Additional attributes selection will be available for all compliance types except Social distancing and number of assets.
  • Users can be assigned for SMS, email and Push notifications.

  • Clicking on Next button, takes to the Reports
